"I’m extremely impressed with Germanikure’s customer service and the way they stand behind their products! When I reached out for help with my nipper, their response was immediate, and they reassured me that they would take care of the issue. They initially sent me a replacement spring, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the problem. When I contacted them again, they didn’t hesitate to help and went the extra mile by sending me a replacement set of nippers. I received the replacement set few days ago and tried it right away. It works perfectly! I truly appreciate their patience, responsiveness, and willingness to make things right, even when the first solution didn’t work. What impressed me most was not just how quickly they responded, but how genuinely they cared about making sure I was satisfied. Their commitment to customer service and after-sales support is outstanding. It's the sharpest I've purchased
"I don't work in a salon and only use these for fussing with my own cuticles. These are outrageously sharp and clearly good quality.For whatever reason I obsessed over cuticle nippers for a while and bought several different pairs. Probably because I had a 20+yr old pair of Revlons and was saddened to see how much more cheaply they are made now. I bought these, a couple from big-box brick and mortar stores, and a couple of the random brands on Amazon. Honestly, these are a luxury. The 9 dollar pairs will suffice for most people at home, but this is like the difference between a Henckels vs a Farberware kitchen knife. I'm guessing these are salon grade nippers."

Only Downside, hinge breaks easily & can’t seem to find link to order replacement parts
"I’m on my 4th nipper and I could use my previous ones but have no idea where I can order replacement springs/hingeThat is the only reason why I don’t encourage my team to get them because they break easily and I see no place to order replacement parts so your stuck with a non usable nipper! Other then that it seriously is the best tool I’ve owned that I’ve used on my clients"

High-quality product
"It's pricey compared to all the Made-in-China cuticle trimmers but the quality is unequalled. It's obviously well-made and fits in my hand very well. It's also super sharp. I always buy the best product I can afford and use it for a long time versus buying something cheap that's irritating to use and breaks within a few months. This Germanikure Cuticle Trimmer will serve me well for at least 10 years."

Unreal quality
"Wow.. what an excellent trimmer. I have used many nipper before, but I find this one to be one of the best ones that I have used. Reason for that is because of how sharp it is, how amazingly comfortable it feels in your hand, and how easily it trims. The material used is truly strong and premium. I am very impressed, and hopeful that this will last me a very long time."
