International Shipping

We offer 2 international shipping options:

UPS Saver/Express.
- Buyer pays taxes, duties, and fees upon delivery.

International Standard/Express (Duties and Taxes Prepaid)
- All taxes, duties, and fees are paid at checkout on our website

- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $120 with this option
  - Free shipping covers shipping service only — taxes, duties, and import fees still apply.

Shipping Protection

With the rise in packages being lost or stolen, we are proud to offer no hassle shipping protection. When you purchase shipping protection at checkout, you are fully covered if your package goes missing. By refusing shipping protection, the customer takes full responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. The company assumes no liability to replace or refund any part of the order.

If you did purchase shipping protection and would like to file a claim, please contact us directly at shop@germanikure.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

All claims for missing parcels are subject to a waiting period, the length of which depends on the shipping carrier. There is a chance that you will be required to verify your insurance claim with a third party.

Shipping Errors

Is a situation arises where you receive the wrong item please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one and reimburse for any additional shipping fees you may incur. If the correct item is out of stock, a reimbursement may be the only available option.
