"I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’m really disappointed with my recent purchase. I spent $70 on three tweezers, and while they have the same markings as the ones I’ve bought before, the quality is completely different. The steel is much thinner and lost its springiness, the tweezers are smaller overall, and the head doesn’t line up properly. They don’t grip hair as well as the old ones and honestly do not appear much better than the $5 tweezers I could buy at a grocery store. I reached out to customer support a few days ago but still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating to see such a drop in quality after being a satisfied customer for so long. I will have to look for another high-end brand."
