Lifetime Warranty

All Germanikure products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We guarantee all of our products are of the highest quality and are proud to stand by them. In the event that a product is found to be defective by Germanikure specialists, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost. This guarantee extends for the life of the product. 

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Items that are simply worn from use do not have a manufacturing defect. This includes sharpening - we do not sharpen tools.
• Items that are deemed to have failed as a result of misuse are not considered defective.
• Broken glass products are not subject to warranty. We take every step to temper our glass products against breaking, but glass products can break. For glass products, the warranty assures that the etched surface is guaranteed to never wear off.
• If an item is exchanged, and an identical item is not available, we may opt to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
• If an item cannot be exchanged, (out of stock, limited edition, etc.) a refund may be the sole course of action available.
